Connect2Care is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for Geelong and surrounding regions. The role supports a mobile service delivery model with options to work from home or our hubs when not visiting clients, operating within NDIS, Medicare, or private referrals.
You will assess and treat children and adults with disabilities, enable functional goals, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. The NewGraduate Program provides structured supervision and mentoring throughout 12 months.
