About the Role

Pepe's Italian & Liquor is looking for an exceptional Host to join our front of house team.

This isn't your average hosting role. Pepe's is one of Melbourne's busiest restaurants, regularly welcoming up to 650 guests in a single night. We're a high-profile venue where every service is fast-paced, energetic and demanding. If you're looking for an easy shift, this probably isn't the role for you.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, thrives under pressure, enjoys meeting new people and takes pride in creating an outstanding first and last impression for every guest. You'll be the face of the restaurant,



managing reservations, greeting guests, coordinating seating and keeping service flowing smoothly alongside our Reservations and Management teams.

About You

- Previous experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant environment
- RSA certification (essential)
- Confident, generous, energetic and guest-focused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must have the ability to work as a team, you're not above anyone - we all work on the same level
