We are a medium sized waste business operating throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area. We have experienced strong growth since our commencement 14years ago due to our extremely strong service focus and excellent value-for-money. We have industry leading equipment, a dedicated and skilled team of people, and a strong performance ethic.

Our Requirements

We want to support our continued growth by employing additional yardoperators to complement our existing team at our Braeside and Campbellfield and Derrimut and Researchdepots. Requirements of the role will include general yard duties.

The Person

The most important requirement for us is attitude. Our operators are expected to contribute positively to our entire organisation and, most critically, interact in a positive manner at all times with our customers. Our operators are the day-to-day face of our organisation and form a critical part of our overall customer retention strategy.

Early starts

Candidates must have driver's license with a good driving record and at least 12 months.Waste industry experience is valued but certainly not critical: we offer full training in all aspects of the job.

We want good people who will be with us over the longer term and help us be successful. In return, we offer stable work, consistent hours, good pay and top-notch equipment.

What We Offer

- Base wage of $30.00+per hour.

- All overtime and allowances are paid as required.

- Rostered weekends are expected at least fortnightly, as are 3-4 public holidays per year.

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive and extensive training program.
