The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Worker for the Street to Home program, based at The Beacon and providing outreach across the Perth metropolitan area. You will support people experiencing homelessness with person-centred, wrap-around services to help them secure reliable housing.
As part of the Homelessness Services WA team, you will assess needs, develop housing plans, and connect clients with essential services.
