Client Experience Coordinator / Salon Receptionist

Privé Hair Organics is one of Melbourne’s leading luxury organic salons, recognised for exceptional client experiences, premium hair transformations, and industry-leading standards in service, education, and team culture.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Client Experience Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our clients and an integral part of our salon’s success.

This is not a traditional reception role.

We are looking for a confident, organised and commercially minded individual who understands the importance of client relationships, consultation processes, and converting enquiries into bookings. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be passionate about delivering exceptional service at every stage of the client journey.

Working closely with our salon leadership team and stylists, you will play a key role in managing client communications, supporting salon performance, and ensuring every guest receives the premium experience Privé Hair Organics is known for.

This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who:

- Loves talking to people and building relationships
- Has previous reception, customer service or phone sales experience
- Understands hairdressing services, consultations and client journeys
- Is confident recommending services and retail products




- Can convert enquiries into bookings through genuine connection and education
- Is highly organised and loves keeping things running smoothly
- Has excellent communication skills both on the phone and in person
- Enjoys being part of a high-performing, supportive team

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Answering incoming calls, emails and online enquiries
- Managing salon bookings and client communications
- Guiding clients through consultations and service recommendations
- Supporting the team in achieving service and retail goals
- Following up leads and rebooking clients
- Creating a premium experience for every client who walks through our doors
- Assisting with retail sales and promotions
- Supporting day-to-day salon op
