Later this year, Lexus of Blackburn will unveil a fully rebuilt, state-of-the-art dealership on our existing site — designed to elevate every aspect of the Lexus ownership experience. This is not a current business — it’s the transformation of an established, high-performing dealership.

As part of this growth, we are expanding our Service Department and seeking an Apprentice Technician to join our high-performing workshop team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a premium brand in a structured, process-driven environment where quality, teamwork and efficiency are genuinely valued.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Technician, you'll work alongside our experienced team to:

- Perform scheduled servicing and vehicle maintenance
- Assist with diagnostics and repairs
- Learn Lexus repair procedures and manufacturer standards




- Use the latest workshop equipment and technology
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Complete your apprenticeship training while gaining valuable hands-on experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Is eager to learn and develop new skills
- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
- Works well within a team
- Holds a current driver's licence

Previous workshop experience is an advantage but not essential—we're looking for the right attitude above all else.
