About You
You are a caring, motivated and professional educator who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable and proactive approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children
- Create and implement engaging learning experiences and activities
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support children's development, wellbeing and learning outcomes
- Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
- Share children's achievements and developmental milestones with families
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team
