We're looking for an ambitious Manager in Training to join our Aspley showroom. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with robust leadership capability who wants to progress into a Showroom Manager role.

As a key member of the showroom team, you'll lead from the front, drive sales performance, coach team members, and develop the operational and commercial skills required to run a successful retail showroom.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven management, sales and leadership experience.
- Electrical retail
- Furniture retail
- Home improvement retail (highly regarded)
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing team members.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a passion for achieving results.




- Confidence using Microsoft Office and retail systems.

What You'll Do:

- Lead showroom sales performance and customer engagement.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve KPIs.
- Conduct sales meetings, team huddles and performance coaching.
- Support daily showroom operations and reporting.
- Drive appointment conversions and sales outcomes.
- Develop the skills required to progress into a Showroom Manager position.
