Overview

We are seeking a high‑energy Customer Service and Dispatch Agent to support our growing business. The successful candidate will handle customer calls, allocate aggregate and roadbase material sales, and manage our RecycleBin Service. This full‑time role is based at the Nudgee Beach office.

Responsibilities

- Work in a team of 6 across Melbourne and Brisbane, using software to coordinate the dispatch of recycled concrete aggregates and road base products.
- Co‑ordinate up to 10 trucks, working closely with the Transport and Logistics team and Key Account Managers to confirm orders, respond to enquiries and allocate trucks to the schedule.
- Handle incoming customer calls, primarily from Queensland customers with overflow Victorian calls in the queue.
- Work during shift hours 6:00am–2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Maintain high‑level telephone‑based logistics and customer service standards.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in the construction industry or with aggregates, construction materials or concrete (desirable).
- High‑level Microsoft skills (Excel, Outlook) and numeracy.
- Excellent communication, customer service, presentation, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Positive attitude, emotional resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to build robust internal and external relationships.
