What you’ll be doing – where your passion will meet purpose!

- Work full‑time, on‑site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‑day trade.
- Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for our customers.
- Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
- Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between.
- Be the expert! Assist our customers with travel‑related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, packing, dining and general advice.
- Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale – your pay is completely uncapped.

What we’re looking for – do you have the travel bug?

- You’re a seasoned traveller with a history of international destinations and you are the go‑to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips and tricks.
- Great organisational skills – you manage your calendar well and respond quickly to customers’ phone calls and emails.
- Determination to meet your sales targets and KPIs while balancing your workload in a high‑pressure environment.




- Enthusiasm, passion and a warmth that makes customers want to book with you every time.
- A savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems when finding the right flight and package options.
