About The Opportunity
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Kurrajong Employment Preparation Team in Wagga Wagga. This is a Full-Time position, working Monday to Friday during business hours, providing a consistent and supportive work schedule.
The Employment Preparation Support Worker will work as part of the Kurrajong First Contact Employment Preparation Team to support people with disability to build real-world job skills, gain confidence, and take meaningful steps toward employment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- The delivery of the Youth Employment courses and training
- Supporting Commercial Enterprise employees connected to our Employment Preparation service
- Providing Youth Employment placement support
- Sourcing voluntary work placements for Youth Employment participants
- Creating and supporting Youth Employment goals and action plans
- Keeping families informed of progress towards goals

This position offers a salary of $71,570.72 per annum, equivalent to $36.22 per hour, plus annual leave loading, superannuation and salary packaging.
