About the Role

Be at the forefront of managing Sydney Water's interface with Transport for NSW, ensuring critical water infrastructure is protected while helping enable the successful delivery of a transformative transport project.

As a Senior Development Consultant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end case management, facilitating the seamless delivery of essential infrastructure works while safeguarding Sydney Water assets.

Responsibilities

- Managing development and infrastructure cases from initiation through to completion in support of the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2a Project.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
- Reviewing and interpreting development, civil and hydraulic plans.
- Providing advice and guidance on the impacts of major infrastructure projects on Sydney Water assets.
- Navigating complex technical and stakeholder challenges while balancing project timeframes and business outcomes.
- Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

- Engineering or related technical background.
- Project management experience, ideally within infrastructure,



utilities or development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaborative mindset and passion for delivering outcomes.
