Kinetic IT is seeking motivated Service Desk Technicians to join our Brisbane team. In this full time, onsite role you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, helping users with real-time issues while delivering the high level of service we’re known for.
Shifts rotate between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will troubleshoot over the phone, log and manage tickets, and work with internal teams and vendors to achieve the best outcomes.
