Responsibilities
- Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
- Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
- Be a role model and lead the team for customer service and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Guide and train all team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards.
- Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock‑to‑floor process.
- Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements
- Solid retail sales background with a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position.
- Consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Retail leadership experience in men’s, women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
