We're seeking an experienced Process Worker to join their afternoon shift manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing who have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a mechanically minded approach.

Working within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring specialised production equipment used to manufacture IV fluid bags.

Your duties will include:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Performing machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting
- Loading tube and sheet materials into machinery every 15-20 minutes
- Conducting quality inspections to identify product defects
- Rotating between production tasks throughout the shift
- General housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Moving and recycling plastic production waste
- Following strict GMP and safety procedures at all times

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Process Worker within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to learn machine operation and follow detailed procedures
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to be trained
- Ability to work independently after completing training
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude

GMP & PPE Requirements

This role is based in a strict GMP environment. Successful applicants must be comfortable complying with PPE and presentation requirements, including:

- Full gown, oversuit, gloves, hairnet and safety goggles
- Beard net (where applicable)
- No jewellery, watches or rings
- No makeup, false eyelashes or nail enhancements
- No visible piercings while on the production floor
