Responsibilities

- Deal directly with technical and general enquiries via telephone, electronically or face‑to‑face if required
- Keep accurate records of discussions and correspondence
- Offer written information to dealers and customers, analysing situations to resolve their enquiries
- Process compensation and refunds

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a phone‑based customer service environment
- A passion for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders




- The ability to liaise with a variety of different people including dealerships and customers
- Exceptional communication and problem‑solving abilities
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and actively as part of a team
- The ability to work onsite
