Seed Heritage is seeking an experienced Stockroom Manager to maintain and manage the stock reserves for the Spencer St DFO Store. This is a permanent, full-time role with a Monday – Friday roster.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an organised stockroom and ensure stock is well laid out so store staff can access stock effectively and maximise sales on the shop floor.
- Implement systems to control revenue loss due to theft, poor administration, error, and waste at store level (including reserves for refill).
- Assist the Store Manager to manage store rosters to deliver budgeted wage percentages and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks.
- Mitigate loss to the company through effective stock management, administration and theft controls.
- Prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming and outgoing stock deliveries.
- Conduct daily replenishment of floor stock, including styling and detailing to uphold high visual merchandising standards.
- Provide customer service as needed to assist and serve customers.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep the stockroom organised and accessible.
- Experience in stock management, loss prevention, and stock control processes.
- Ability to assist with store rosters and contribute to achieving wage targets.
- Attention to detail and capability to manage documentation for stock movements.
- Customer service mindset to support store operations as required.
