Claro Disability Services in Bendigo is seeking compassionate care workers to support people with complex needs. You’ll work closely with clients and families, tailoring supports to goals, routines, and culture, with a strong emphasis on safety, consent, and dignity.

You’ll join a collaborative team, handle wide-ranging shifts from 4pm-11pm to daytime blocks, and benefit from paid induction, travel between client shifts, and ongoing clinical support.
