You'll spend your time out with people, building relationships across farming operations, helping leaders navigate people challenges, supporting employee wellbeing, and ensuring safety remains a top priority.

This role suits someone who enjoys being visible, approachable and involved. Someone who can build solid rapport, earn trust quickly, and isn't afraid to have difficult conversations when needed.

You'll join a successful and well-established agricultural business employing a diverse workforce across farming and operational roles. Working alongside experienced leaders, you’ll gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities, build strong relationships across the business and develop skills that will set you up for long-term career success.

What you’ll be doing

- Building relationships with employees and leaders across our farming operations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training activities
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Assisting with workforce administration, hours, leave and people processes
- Participating in toolbox talks and safety initiatives
- Supporting injury management and return-to-work processes
- Assisting with employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
- Providing practical support and guidance to managers and employees
- Supporting the implementation of policies and procedures
- Contributing to a safe,



productive and positive workplace culture

What we’re looking for

You may already have experience in HR, People & Culture or Safety. Perhaps you’re a recent graduate looking for an opportunity to build your career.

Either way, you’ll bring:

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of people
- Good judgement and emotional intelligence
- A calm and professional approach when handling sensitive matters
- A genuine desire to continue learning
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Initiative and the ability to follow through
- An interest in people, workplace culture and safety
- Experience with HR systems, HR administration, HR, Safety or related disciplines will be well regarded
- Exposure to the agricultural industry will be an advantage, but not essential
