The Role

We’re looking for talented, confident artists who can deliver exceptional results and unforgettable experiences.

You might be a:

- Brow Artist
- Lash Technician
- Multi‑skilled beauty therapist
- PMU artist
- Or someone specialising in one area and eager to upskill

At least one specialty is required — we’ll train you in the rest.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Brow services (waxing, shaping, tinting, colouring)
- Lash lifts & tints
- Lash extensions (bonus: classic + handmade volume)
- PMU services (Ombre + Combination brow tattoo + lip blush)
- Creating 5‑star client experiences
- Retail recommendations & upselling
- Rebooking clients consistently
- Building long‑term relationships
- Maintaining premium presentation & professionalism

Who You Are





- Have 12+ months in‑salon experience
- Take feedback well & love learning
- Thrive in a team environment
- Bring positive, calm energy to the salon
- Care deeply about quality & detail
- Want a long‑term career — not a short‑term job
- Are excited about growth & leadership opportunities
- Availability for one late night + one Saturday is required.
