We are looking for a Senior Compliance SME to join our Group Risk & Compliance division on a 6‑month max term contract and take ownership of regulatory activities related to financial products as part of an enterprise migration project.

Responsibilities

- Identification, impact assessment and implementation oversight
- Active participation in the project, providing clear guidance and requirements to project members
- Supporting engagement with clients
- Partnering with business units to embed compliance changes into processes, policies and day‑to‑day operations
- Providing training and advisory support

You are a highly experienced compliance professional with deep expertise in financial services regulation and a passion for building strong, effective compliance frameworks. You thrive in complex environments, work autonomously, and bring strong judgement and influence to senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Extensive experience in compliance within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks, including ASIC financial services requirements




- Experience leading regulatory and project changes
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels
- Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
