We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer‑focused Sales Support Administrator to join our Cootamundra team on a part‑time basis (approximately 22–24 hours per week). Offering flexibility around your working hours, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about supporting both customers and the wider branch team.

What You'll Do

- Managing a broad range of administrative tasks, including livestock sales processing, debtors, accounts receivable and payable, stock control, ordering, receipting and dispatch
- Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with enquiries, product information and counter sales as required
- Coordinating the receival, dispatch and distribution of stock and deliveries
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider branch team with day‑to‑day operational activities and stepping in wherever needed to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Contributing to a positive team environment with a hands‑on attitude and a willingness to assist across all aspects of branch operations

What You'll Bring

- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, including Excel,



Word and Outlook
- A proactive, team‑oriented approach and a willingness to assist wherever needed to support branch success
- The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering outstanding customer service
- A Forklift licence is desirable (or be willing to obtain)
