- Engaging Program Delivery: Motivation to implement high-quality, engaging,



and activity-based learning programs that inspire young minds and hear young voices.
- Curriculum Knowledge: A robust dedication to understanding and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to travel to various early learning services around the Bundoora and surrounding areas.
- Engaging Personality: A warm, vibrant, and approachable nature that allows you to easily connect, collaborate, and build strong relationships with fellow educators, centre staff, and families.
