Key Responsibilities
Property Styling

- Select furniture, artwork, rugs and décor from warehouse inventory for upcoming property installations

- Interpret styling briefs or consultant instruction videos to style each property appropriately based on home style, layout and scale





- Ensure each space is cohesive, balanced and visually appealing to buyers

- Consider sizing, aesthetic cohesion and overall flow when selecting items for each space

- Style properties on site and make adjustments as required to achieve the best presentation

Installation Preparation & Coordination

- Prepare furniture and décor selections in the warehouse ahead of installation days

- Provide daily direction to the transport team regarding which items are required for each installation

- Ensure all pieces for each property are correctly allocated and ready for delivery

- Assist with installations and styling adjustments where required

Warehouse Styling & Inventory Organisation

- Maintain organised décor systems and efficient styling preparation within the warehouse

- Plan selections with foresight, considering upcoming jobs and the best use of available stock

- Unbox and assemble new furniture when required

- Assist with organising styling inventory so items are easy to locate and prepare for installations

- Help maintain the overall presentation and efficiency of the warehouse environment

Administrative & Operational Support

- Assist with preparation for upcoming styling projects

- Track styling selections and ensure inventory is allocated correctly

- Communicate with team members to ensure installations run smoothly

- Contribute to improving warehouse styling processes and organisation

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in property styling or home staging

- A strong eye for scale, proportion and aesthetic cohesion

- Ability to style spaces that appeal to the residential property market

- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead for multiple installations

- A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of styling preparation

- Comfortable working in both warehouse and in office styling environments

- Robust attention to detail and pride in presentation

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace

- Physically capable of lifting and handling furniture or décor items (approx. 15–20kg)

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

- Current driver’s licence preferred
