360 Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Labourers and Forklift Operators to join our team on a fulltime/casual basis for the AM shift. This position is based in Pinkenba and offers an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-paced warehousing, storage and distribution sector. You will be a key part of our warehouse operations, ensuring productive movement of goods and maintaining high standards of health and safety across our facility.

Key responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack and store goods within the warehouse

Perform general labouring duties including loading, unloading and sorting inventory

Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched

Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly

Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

Ensure the warehouse remains organised, clean and safe

Follow company policies and procedures regarding storage and handling of materials

What we're looking for

Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

Previous experience in a warehouse,



distribution centre or similar environment (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work safely and follow health and safety procedures without compromise

Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Willingness to work flexibly in a casual capacity

Current Australian work rights and relevant identification
