Med Endorsed Enrolled Nurse - Night Duty

Moyne Health Services in Port Fairy invites applications from qualified Med Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Residential Aged Care team on Night Duty shifts.

About the Role

Ongoing part time - up to 32 hours per week

As an enrolled nurse, your practice will lead to excellence in patient/resident/participant person centred care.

You understand the importance of establishing a relationship between the patient/resident/participant and yourself, in order to achieve patient/resident/participant focused outcomes.

You will be an effective member of the wider care team, with a focus on achieving outcomes for patient/resident/participant and providing a high level of quality care and services to patient/resident/participant.

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you are accountable for completing a high level of documentation in partnership with the patient/resident/participant carers, and other members of the health care team.

You are supported in your role by all other nursing positions.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Nursing

Key Selction Criteria:

- Current AHPRA registration, with an Administration of Medication scope of all five routes
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, with a culturally diverse range of people.
- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal),



computer skills and time management skills.
- Good understanding of scope of practice and role in the delegation process
- Positive understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, Statement of Rights, New Aged Care Act 2024, NDIS Code of Conduct, NDIS Practice Standards and the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Sound understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement models
