Mploy HR Group Pty Ltd is recruiting for a Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join a large-scale weekend roster in Victoria. The role involves working in soft gel tablet production across encapsulation and packaging areas, with a structured 4–6 week training program.

Successful candidates will transition to a fixed weekend roster, with two 12-hour shifts per weekend, and training completion will lead to ongoing weekend work. Prior production/packing experience is preferred.
