Looking for experiencedConstruction Trainerwho will provide high quality accredited training delivery and assessment that meets student needs and upholds compliance requirements with vocational education and training (VET) regulations.
This is apermanent roleworking 4 days delivering training programs across the Illawarra and Sydney regions. Some Programs will be delivered at High Schools in Sydney, so willingness to travel is required. The role is open to casual opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be supporting the Training and Assessment of the following qualifications:
CPC20220 - Cert II in Construction Pathways
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Tertiary/post-secondary qualifications from a related field (Building & Construction, carpentry)
- Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in delivering Training
- Outstanding presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound digital literacy skills and people engagement skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration/co-design skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and coordination skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- NSW Working with Children Check
Non-Accredited Trade Readiness Programs
- Delivered onsite at ITeC and in schools across Sydney
- 3 Day Non-Accredited Micro Build Program providing trades experience in Carpentry & Joinery, Basic Plumbing and Electrical.
