SESSIONAL TRAINERS - CERT IV, DIP, ADVANCED DIPLOMA (BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION)

The Trade Institute of Victoria (TIV) has focused on delivering high quality Vocational Educational and Training (VET) for the Building and Construction Industry since 2007.

Sessional Trainers and Assessors
The minimum requirements are:
- You must hold TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- You must hold the units (or equivalent units) for any qualification to you may wish to deliver (see below)
- Working With Children Check (employee)
- You must have current industry experience relative to the qualification you want to train and assess.
Key personal skills to excel in the role:
- A confident communicator both written and verbally
- Professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a skilled team
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
