Task & responsibilities

- Identify and research market opportunities for existing and proposed services.
- Research customer needs, market characteristics, competitors and potential demand, and collect and analyse relevant data.
- Develop and implement marketing objectives, policies, strategies and programs aligned with business goals.
- Advise management on service positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotion and distribution channels.
- Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns to support business-development objectives.
- Develop strategies to reach target markets and increase awareness of Vital Ease's services.
- Coordinate campaign activities, including artwork, copywriting, media placement and promotional materials, within approved budgets and timelines.
- Undertake market research to identify opportunities within aged care, NDIS,



home-modification and private-client markets.
- Monitor marketing initiatives, analyse campaign outcomes and provide reports and recommendations to management.
- Liaise with management, external service providers, referral partners and other stakeholders regarding marketing activities.
- Contribute to marketing content for the company website, social-media platforms and promotional materials as part of broader campaigns.

Qualification & experience

- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in marketing, business, commerce, communications or a related discipline
- Relevant professional experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and programs.

- Our management prefers the professional having at least 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience conducting market research and analysing customer, market and competitor information.
- Experience coordinating advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Strong analytical, reporting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience in aged care, NDIS, healthcare, home modifications or a related service industry will be highly regarded.
