We’re looking for an experienced domestic cleaner to become the first permanent member of our growing team.

What We Offer

About the Role

You’ll care for a portfolio of beautiful homes across the Bellarine Peninsula, delivering exceptional home care whilst building trusted relationships with regular clients.

You’ll initially work alongside the business owner before transitioning to your own independent client schedule.

As Bellarine Clean’s first permanent team member, you’ll work closely with the owner to refine systems, improve processes and help establish the foundations that future team members will build upon.

- Has previous professional domestic cleaning experience (essential)

What You’ll Need

- Previous qualified domestic cleaning experience

- Leadership, mentoring or team development experience will be highly regarded

- Current Driver Licence

- Reliable, insured vehicle

- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Australian working rights

- Excellent communication skills

- Availability during school hours, Monday to Friday
