About the Role

- Provide classroom support under the direction of teaching staff.

- Work one-on-one or with small groups of students to reinforce learning and engagement.

- Support students with additional learning needs and assist with the implementation of Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).

- Assist with preparing learning resources and classroom activities.

- Provide supervision during classroom activities, recess, excursions and other school events.

- Support students with personal care and mobility needs where required.

- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with teachers and relevant staff.

- Foster a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.

What You'll Bring

- Certificate IV in School Based Education Support (or working towards/completed) is highly regarded.

- Previous experience working in a school workplace is desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive, flexible and proactive approach to supporting students.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.





- Current Employee Working with Children Check.
