Clinical Services Manager, Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct

As Clinical Services Manager, you will oversee the daily management of the clinical operations at the Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that the service is delivered at a high standard and complies with relevant policies and procedures. You will work closely with staff across various disciplines to foster a collaborative and supportive workplace for both the team and the young people in the precinct.

Responsibilities

- Managing and supporting a diverse team of clinicians and support staff
- Developing and implementing clinical governance frameworks
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in youth justice
- Leading clinical service development and improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with other services to support the holistic needs of young people




- Engaging with relevant stakeholders to advocate for the needs of the precinct

Requirements

- A degree in social work, psychology, counselling, or a related field
- Significant experience in a clinical management role, preferably in a health or justice setting
- Strong understanding of youth development and mental health issues
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple emerging priorities and demonstrate problem-solving skills
