This is an prospect to shape and grow the Speech Pathology service while being supported by Directors with over 20 years of clinical experience and a collaborative leadership team that genuinely invests in its clinicians.

As the Speech Pathology Team Leader, you'll split your time between leadership and clinical practice, supporting your team while continuing to work with your own caseload.
You'll be responsible for
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a small Speech Pathology team
- Managing a reduced clinical caseload
- Providing clinical supervision, coaching and joint sessions
- Supporting clinician development and fostering a positive team culture
- Working alongside the leadership team to drive clinical excellence
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and future team growth
- Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives
You'll bring:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Current SPA registration
- Previous NDIS experience
- Experience working across the lifespan is highly regarded. However, we also welcome experienced paediatric Speech Pathologists who are interested in transitioning into an adolescent and adult caseload, with the support to make that move.
- Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising other clinicians, or working in a senior clinician capacity
- Current driver's licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check
