About The Company

Our client is a privately owned paediatric speech pathology practice, delivering care from Deer Park and Brunswick clinics as well as Australia-wide telehealth. They support children and young people aged 1.5–22 through individualised, evidence-based and family-centred care, backed by an innovative, systems-driven team culture.

About The Prospect

The primary purpose of this position is to join and strengthen the Brunswick practice, taking ownership of a paediatric caseload with genuine autonomy within clear clinical, ethical and operational standards. Reporting to Head Speech Pathologist; some of your responsibilities will include:
- Independently managing a paediatric caseload spanning assessment, therapy, parent coaching, progress reporting and case documentation
- Building trusted relationships with families and referrers, and helping grow the Brunswick clinic's reputation through consistently excellent care
- Making sound routine clinical and operational decisions, while recognising when risk, complexity or uncertainty should be escalated

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification paediatric clinical experience, with demonstrated competence in assessment, clinical reasoning, goal setting, intervention planning and report writing




- Current Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status, or eligibility and ability to obtain it before commencement
- Current or obtainable Victorian Working with Children Check, National Police Check and, where applicable, NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Strong rapport-building and communication skills with children, parents, carers and other professionals
- Reliable operational habits including punctuality, accurate same-day clinical notes, timely reports and proactive communication
- Sound ethical judgement and a reflective, constructive approach to feedback
