About the Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store's performance and customer experience.



Your focus will be to lead your team, drive results, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.

Drive sales and profitability through strong commercial acumen.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand standards.

Ensure operational excellence, including stock management and loss prevention.

Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.

Recruit, train, and coach team members to reach their full potential.

Build a positive, engaged, and high-energy team culture.

About You

3+ years' experience in retail or hospitality leadership (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor level).

Experience leading teams in a high-volume retail environment is essential.

Strong commercial mindset with a results-driven approach.

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.

Additional Information

Full-time role, including weekends and public holidays.
