Our client is currently seeking an experienced couple to manage their busy community store in an Aboriginal Community in WA. This is an excellent prospect to experience community life for a couple looking for a chance to work together in a spectacular environment.

The Roles

Store Managers - Reporting to Community Directors and Financial Controller, the Store Managers will manage & oversee all operations including:

- Stock management including stock-takes, ordering, deliveries
- Fuel supply and management
- Counter serving & general customer service
- Store administration, data & accounts management
- Overseeing a small takeaway & catering kitchen
- Training & managing staff

The Requirements

- Previous store manager experience essential (either in community store or roadhouse)
- Previous experience working in remote locations (e.g.



mining town or in an outback store / roadhouse) preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and punctuality
- Flexible approach, positive attitude and a willingness to learn essential

The Rewards An attractive annual salary package is on offer including an annual travel allowance. A rental allowance is provided and use of an excellent fully furnished 3 bedroom house is also available. A work car is included with 6 weeks annual leave.

A salary review will be conducted on successful completion of 3 month probation.
