As Adore Beauty continues its exciting retail growth across NSW, we’re looking for exceptional Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to help launch our brand-new Miranda store.

This is more than managing a store – it’s your opportunity to play a key role in bringing a new retail destination to life, building and developing a high-performing team, and creating a customer experience our community genuinely loves.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you'll bring the Adore vision to life on the shop floor, leading with impact and helping create a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged team – where both customers and team members feel supported and inspired every day.

- Lead, coach, and develop a team to reach their full potential
- Support daily operations with confidence, structure, and clarity




- Deliver exceptional customer service that sets the in-store standard
- Drive and support store performance across sales, stock, and team engagement
- Partner with our HQ team to execute campaigns, events, and activations
- Champion culture, safety, and a values-led approach in everything you do

About You

- Proven experience in retail leadership (Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager level)
- Experience in beauty or fashion retail is highly regarded
- Hands-on, practical, and confident in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong understanding of service, stock management, and sales performance
- A leader who brings empathy, accountability, and a results-driven mindset
