What You’ll Be Doing

As Store Manager , you’ll take full ownership of the Dulux Trade Centre stores in Newstead QLD , leading and inspiring your team by example. With a proactive mindset and positive leadership style, you’ll work hands‑on with a close‑knit, passionate team to drive sales, promote our market‑leading paint and product range, and deliver strong sales results.

What We’re Looking for

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing retail teams
- Proven ability to drive store performance through coaching, engagement and empowerment
- Experience managing store budgets, KPIs and inventory levels
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and safety‑first approach to health and wellbeing
