The opportunity

We're looking for a solid, commercial retail leader to take ownership of one of our stores.

This is the kind of role where what you do actually moves the needle. You'll set the tone on the floor, build a high-performing team, and own the result, sales, KPIs, people, presentation, the lot. You'll have the autonomy of running your store like it's your own, with the backing of a tight, supportive Support Office and a brand customers genuinely love.

What you'll own

- Sales and profitability. You're accountable for store sales, wages, shrinkage and bottom-line performance. You'll set the targets, and you'll hit them.
- The KPIs that matter. ATV, Conversion and IPS are your daily language. You coach to them, measure them, and lift them.
- A team that grows under you. You'll lead, coach and develop your team through our Ignite Training program, and build a real succession plan, not a paper one.
- The customer experience. You set the service standard.



Every customer who walks in should feel seen, looked after, and excited to come back.
- A beautiful store. Visual merchandising, presentation, product storytelling, all delivered with care and commercial intent.
- Smooth operations. Rosters, transfers, banking, admin, accurate, on time, and never an excuse to leave the floor.

What you'll bring

- 3+ years in a Retail Store Manager role (or strong 2IC ready for the next step).
- A proven track record of hitting and beating sales targets and KPIs.
- Genuine leadership, you build teams that perform and stay.
- Confidence with the numbers: budgets, P&L;, wage control, shrinkage.
- A coach's mindset, you give feedback well and develop people through it.
- The standards of someone who cares deeply about brand, presentation and service.
- Calm under pressure, organised, and a clear communicator.
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
