Working closely with our Optometrists and retail teams, you'll help deliver affordable eye care and eyewear while creating an outstanding customer experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
- Drive sales, customer experience and commercial performance
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and compliance
- Manage rosters, labour efficiency and store budgets
- Support your team through coaching, feedback and development
- Partner with Optometrists to deliver exceptional patient care
- Create a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture

About You

You'll bring:

- Previous leadership experience as a Store Manager,



Assistant Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
- Experience coaching and developing team members to achieve results
- Confidence managing or contributing to store performance, labour planning and rostering
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to develop others

Optical experience is welcomed but not essential.
