Reporting directly to the owners, we are looking for someone with:

- Proven experience working in rapid-paced customer facing retail – preferably in food.
- The natural ability to coach, develop and motivate others.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including weekends. A strong focus on customer service and driven by results.
- A passion in the brand.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Team/culture building, employee training and rosters.
- Operational improvement.
- Stock management, cost control and budget management.
