We are looking for two passionate Zone Managers (3IC) to lead our MECCA Melbourne Airport store in VIC on a part‑time basis, working 27.5 & 25 hours per week.

- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
- Lead from the front and drive success in your store through solid communication and upskilling the team
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values

- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
