Purpose

To undertake a range of warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing and dispatching orders.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

- Daily pick, pack and dispatch of orders to meet deadlines
- Receive and check inwards goods
- Re‑stock shelves and rotate stock
- Ensure goods movement complies with all official documentation
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse
- Assist in reviewing warehouse/product layouts
- Break down stock items into smaller units of measure
- General warehouse duties
- Assist with managing inventory levels to minimise lost sales due to stock outage
- Assist with inventory management through routine stock takes and reconciliations as required
- Communicate with team members to ensure product images, codes, and descriptions are up to date
- Liaise with team members to increase efficiency of daily operation




- Be ready to pitch in to fulfil any other responsibilities when required
- Operate Walk‑Behind Forklift
- Order Picker and Wave
- Undertake local deliveries throughout the week

Skills, Experience & Education

- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kgs
- Full driver license (essential)
- Forklift license (desirable)
