Bunnings is looking for a Department Manager to lead daily store operations, sales, and high‑volume stock management in our Joondalup or Mindarie Warehouses. You will work with other Department Managers and report to the Operations and Complex Managers while guiding a 20+ solid team to deliver the Best Experience for customers.
You’ll drive safety culture, merchandising and KPIs, manage rosters, open/close shifts, and develop your team to improve service, stock accuracy and loss prevention.
