Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. The Leasing Manager will deliver unrivaled leasing services to our client who has a national footprint.
Based in North Sydney, you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet retail leasing requirements for our client.
Responsibilities
- Deliver leasing services to clients as per client contract.
- Successfully renew leases and reduce rental negotiations.
- Maintain ongoing client relationship management.
- Increase the average tenancy term across the portfolio.
- Improve the security and utility of tenancy.
- Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease durations.
Qualifications
- Strong background in retail leasing transactions including dealings with major landlords.
- Ability to negotiate lease clauses.
- Property management experience in retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
