Job Description

- Oversee the management and optimisation of core technology systems.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications across departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business requirements.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity across all platforms.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business applications, implementing improvements as required.

The Successful Applicant

- A strong background in technology,



particularly within the property industry would be highly desirable.
- Proven experience in managing and optimising business applications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication and global stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of ERP applications in particular Oracle JD Edwards
