As part of Axel Johnson International’s Lifting Solutions Group , we’re continuing to grow and are looking for an organised, customer-focused Scheduler to join our Queensland team in Wacol.

This is a fast-paced coordination role where you’ll be at the centre of our service operations, ensuring technicians are scheduled efficiently, customers receive outstanding service, and jobs are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.

Your Role Will Include:

- Coordinate and schedule service technicians and subcontractors for customer site work.
- Act as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Plan maintenance, inspections, repairs, and breakdown work to maximise efficiency.
- Liaise with customers to confirm job requirements, provide updates, and ensure exceptional service.
- Prepare job schedules, work orders, quotations, and service documentation.
- Coordinate equipment, parts, site access, inductions, and technician mobilisation.
- Review completed service reports and generate follow-up quotes where required.
- Work closely with the Procurement and Purchasing team to ensure parts and materials are available.
- Maintain accurate records of technician qualifications, inductions,



training, and compliance.
- Monitor scheduling priorities and respond quickly to urgent customer requests.
- Support the branch by identifying opportunities for additional service and equipment sales.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on time.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in a scheduling, service coordination, or customer service role, preferably within industrial, construction, mining, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with customers, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to think ahead to keep jobs running smoothly.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong working relationships.
- Experience preparing quotations, job schedules, work orders, or service documentation is highly regarded.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and experience with ERP or scheduling systems such as Business Central is desirable.
- High attention to detail with accurate record keeping and administrative skills.




- The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- A collaborative attitude with a willingness to support the wider team and contribute to continuous improvement.
- A valid Australian working right and willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
