What You’ll Be Doing

This is a pivotal leadership role at the centre of how we manage risk and compliance across iSelect and Compare the Market. You’ll lead the group’s approach ensuring it is practical, embedded and supports strong commercial and customer outcomes while bringing clarity, structure and confidence to how risk is managed day-to-day.

- Own and evolve risk and compliance frameworks, policies and controls
- Partner with the Executive and Board on key and emerging risks
- Lead engagement with regulators (ASIC, ACCC, OAIC)
- Oversee incident, breach and regulatory reporting
- Drive monitoring, assurance and control effectiveness
- Embed risk thinking into business initiatives, product changes and transformation
- Build a strong risk culture and lead a, high-performing team

What Sets You Apart

We’re looking for someone who can step between the detail and the bigger picture with ease—and translate risk and compliance into confident, everyday decision making.

- Proven experience in a senior Risk and/or Compliance leadership role
- Strong understanding of financial services regulatory environment
- Ability to influence at Executive and Board level
- Commercial, pragmatic approach Shape risk and compliance strategy across two leading brands
- focused on outcomes, not just process
- Experience working with regulators and external stakeholders
- Track record of building and leading strong teams
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce or Law required.
