About This Opportunity

Our Sun Valley store in Gladstone is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader to join and assist in leading the store's fruit & veg department.

Responsibilities

- Manage a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and much more.

Requirements

- Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Ability to order and control costs.
- Accurate team rostering.
- Passion and enthusiasm, with a very hands‑on approach.
- Unparalleled commitment to customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management.
- A flair for merchandising.
- Strong leadership and delegation skills.
